Creating a modular design:

The designer who created this site wanted the viewer to be visually entertained. He also didn't want to make it too complex for anyone to understand, while still trying to make it humorous.

Consistency in layout:

As seen in all of the images being used, some of the consistencies are obvious. The navigation never changes, until a secondary navigation pops-up over the main one. They then move to check marks to show the overstate. The consistency also goes with all of the main images. Most of the pages deal with a part from the movie and the life of Andy; played by Steve Carell. Another consistent aspect of the site is the funness of the engagement of the sites.

Is this site made for print or web?

I believe this site is purely for web. There is too much activity on these pages to make into a print out. It could possibly be made into a poster, but it wouldn't be as fun to look at or interact with.

Final Thoughts

I think it's a fun site to visit. It's so interactive that I want to go to the other pages to see what else there is to click and view. All of the buttons that are clickable, are easy to see, so there is no question of usability, but there is a slight question of clutter; but according to the movie it mirrors the chaosity perfect.
