About the show
Rob & Big started on October 23, 2006 and season 3 ended April 15, 2008. The show is about
a professional skateboarder Rob Dyrdek and his best friend/bodyguard, Chris “Big Black” Boykin
who started out as boss and employer whom quickly turned thir relationship into best friends.
The show helped MTV2 achieve its highest rated day in channel history on January 15, 2007.
The first full season reached over 70 million total viewers, and was ranked #1 in its time period.

Rob Dyrdek announced on his blog that there will be no 4th season of Rob and Big.
He will be having a new reality show on MTV called Fantasy Life. He will have the
same people that worked on Rob and Big work on his new show.
Their virtual skate park is up and running on MTVs website.
